In addition to the design and creation of the email itself, we also back this up with dedicated, specific landing pages and response email addresses.  Our email system then allows us, and our clients to monitor the success of the email, with click through rates, bounces rates, unsubscribes and so on.

Claudia has a hugely loyal and well established client base, and is often referred to as one of London’s “best kept secrets”.  Her Marylebone based practice is often booked for months in advance.  This is a project we are really enjoying working on.

The new website, due to launch during March 2010, will feature a full e-commerce solution, allowing visitors to purchase Claudia’s professional products online.
